Pumpkin Pie Martini {with pumpkin pie infused vodka}
That pumpkin pie vodka has been infusing for a few days now. Staring you in the face every. single. time. you open the fridge. Torture, I know. But the time is finally here and the infused vodka is ready to be put to use in this pumpkin pie martini.
I’m not a fan of real pumpkin pie. But pumpkin pie martinis? I can drink those all night long. In fact, I may or may not have had three in a row one night. They are just too good to resist. Especially when you grow the pumpkin yourself as I did the first year I made this drink. Unfortunately the following year, squash bugs killed my pumpkin plant and I wasn’t able to grow any. It was really sad since I had so many that first year, including these four.
For this pumpkin pie martini, I wanted something rich and dessert like. I decided to pair the delicious infused vodka with Godiva white chocolate liqueur. It’s also used in the candy cane martini and is perfect in dessert-like drinks. But then again, how can anything with white chocolate not be perfect?
